Unlocked with two batteries and original charger but no box, approx 1 year old but not used last 9 months (ex work phone). Couple of minor scuff marks but otherwise perfect. Comes with original leather wallet/carry case, original charger and spare battery (original was a bit weak so just bought a new one and updated the software to the latest version).
