Comes with Charger, New Headphones still in sealed package and spare set of head phones never used but not in sealed bag. May still have software. Couple of very tiny marks on silver back casing. Couple of very fine scratches on screen but nothing to worry about. Currently on O2 Pay as you Go but think it is Unlocked. All keys functional. Same model on Ebay selling for much more.
